Dennis M. LaCroix, 64, died on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Deborah L. (Houle) LaCroix. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he was the son of Julia (Chichoski) and Ernest LaCroix.
Dennis worked as a Chemical Supervisor for 40 years after serving his country as a military police officer in the Airforce during the Vietnam War. Dennis fought a courageous battle and was called home after a long-term illness.
He leaves a son David LaCroix of Providence and daughter Julie (LaCroix) Lynch of Warwick. He will be missed by his five grandchildren: Olivia, Nathan LaCroix and Kamryn, Jordyn and Jaidyn Lynch.
Friends and Family are cordially invited to attend visiting hours at Olson & Parent Funeral Home, 417 Plainfield Street, Providence, RI on Thursday, December 22 from
2 p.m.–4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Committal prayers will be said at 4pm.
A gathering will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 23 at the funeral home followed by a luncheon. Burial will be private.
