She was educated in Edmundston, and lived in Van Buren, Aroostook County, Maine, since 1969 with her family.
Margo truly loved life and lived it to the fullest every day. She had unbounded deep and caring affection for the people in her life; her husband Phil, their daughter Louise Parent Olson and her husband, Tom and her grandson Jonathan. Her family includes: her sister, Jacqueline (St. Onge) Clavet and late brother-in-law Oneil; her brother Gilbert St. Onge and his wife Jacqueline Lavoie; her brother Robert Saintonge and his wife Aline; her brother Claude Saintonge and his wife Danièle; her sister-in-law Elizabeth (Betty) St. Onge. She was predeceased by her brother, Jacques Pio St. Onge, and her sister Collette St. Onge. Margo also had many nieces and nephews who were precious to her.
Her life-long closest and special friends include: Jocelyne Sirois-Husky, Lorraine LeBlanc Roy, Patricia Ezzy, Lydia Martin, and Linda Plourde, whose constant acts of kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. The Nursing Classmates from Hôtel-Dieu d’Edmundston École de Nursing, the ladies of the “Group of Nine” and also the ladies of the “Book Club” were her special friends.
Many thanks go to the medical and nursing professionals who tirelessly and energetically helped and cared for her. Margo deeply cherished the people she was fortunate to meet and know. Margo had an uncanny ability to find qualities in people in any given situation. Stimulating conversations and exchange of creative ideas were part of her essence and well-being. Her loving spirit and “joie de vivre” will be greatly missed.
Family and friends are cordially invited to attend Margo's Funeral Mass in St. Bruno – St. Remi Catholic Church, 174 Main Street, Van Buren, Maine at 11am on Friday, September 26, 2014.

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond ’s glint of snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the autumn’s gentle rain.
When you waken
In the morning’s hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there I did not die.
