Frederick Eugene Regan, Jr., age 90, passed away on April 29, 2019. A lifelong resident of Providence and US Army Veteran, he leaves behind his wife, Tina and children Brian Regan and his partner Sheila Hetu; daughter Stacey Orokos and her husband Marty Orokos; and daughter Shawn Bratton and her husband David Bratton. He was the loving grandfather to Jessica Orokos, John Bratton and Nicolas Bratton. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to HopeHealth Hospice (https://www.hopehealthco.org).
