G. Michael Shackleton

G. MICHAEL SHACKLETON, 67, of South Kingstown, died peacefully July 22, 2013, at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center surrounded by his loving family.  Born in Providence, Michael was the  son of the late Howard and Mary (Sheehan) Shackleton.He was the husband of Catherine (Casey) Shackleton for 31 years. Michael also leaves his three children, Mark Cassinelli and wife Sara, of Kittery, Maine; Christine and husband Andrew Karig of Bothell, Washington; and Daniel of South Kingstown, and his grandchildren Kaleb and Bayla Cassinelli. He was the brother of Howard, John and Dorothy of South Kingstown and Mary Ann Cooney and husband Rick of North Kingstown . He also leaves  many nieces and nephews. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM ,Thursday, August 8, 2013, at Saint Romuald Chapel, 75 Atlantic Ave, Matunuck, RI. Burial will be private.
