Irving Wright Obituary

Irving Wright, 77, of 3378 West Shore Road, died peacefully at home on April 1st, 2019 in Warwick, RI. He was the husband of the late Peggy Wright. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Grace and Edward Wright, and the brother of the late Edward Wright. Irving was a maintenance supervisor for Picerne Properties for over 25 years and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Irving was a member of the British Motor Car Club of New England. He enjoyed wood working, gardening, and collecting and repairing model trains.He is survived by his son Ryan Wright of Warwick, and also his son David Wright and daughter Christine Wright.His funeral service will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM in the Redwood Chapel of Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence RI. Burial will follow. Flowers, donations, and condolences may be sent to Olson and Parent Funeral Home, 417 Plainfield Street, Providence RI.
