Katherine D Stryesak

Katherine "Katy" Stryesak, 40, beloved Mother was called to her eternal resting place on September 6, 2019. She entered this world on March 30, 1979, in Pawtucket, RI. She is survived by her parents Ronald and Marilyn Moline, along with her son, Deonte Stryesak; daugther ,Brooke-Lynn Bourage; her sister and brother-in-law, Tara and Leon Hollis; two brothers, Joseph Puita and Raymond J. Stryesak. She leaves behind her nephew Terrence Stryesak, nieces Tasia Stryesak and Hailey Hollis, as well as, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Swan Point Cemetery's Hope and Memory Chapel, 585 Blackstone Boulevard, Providence. Calling hours are from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and the Service is scheduled from 7:00-7:30 p.m.
