Paul Henry Gervais

Paul Henry Gervais, 56 years of age was a lifelong resident of Providence, he was son of the late Dorius and Erma (Tetreault) Gervais.  Paul had been a hand engraver in the jewelry industry. He cherished the time spent with his grandchildren and family. Paul was a proud member of the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA). Those that knew him would agree he had the kindest of hearts.    He was the loving father of Paul Lee, Cher M. and Sarah M. Gervais. Brother of Joseph McCallum, Sandra Lupien, (late) Raymond Gervais, Susan Mottram, MaryAnn Bonaminio and Daniel Gervais. Paul is also survived by grandchildren Paul Lee Jr., Qatasia, Marquis, Ciara and Liam. Paul has many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.   A Christian memorial service will be held Saturday 11:45AM January 23, 2010 at Ocean State Baptist Church in Smithfield, Rhode Island.   In lieu of flowers, contributions for Paul Henry Gervais may be sent to Cher Gervais 45 East Knowlton St. Riverside, RI 02915 and are greatly appreciated. From your son Paul Lee:    Dad, I can’t imagine the future without being able to see your face or hear your voice. I am so thankful for the memories I have of you and the lessons you’ve taught me along the way. You will never be forgotten, I will never stop loving you. I truly wish we had more miles to ride side by side on the bikes. I hope more than anything that you felt the love Cher, Sarah and I have for you, we know you are at total peace now. I miss you a life times worth already. I don’t care what anyone thinks about you as a man or father, you are my dad and my life is great having had our bond. From your daughter Cher:   I will miss you but you will never be forgotten. You have made me the person I’m today- a mother, a daughter and friend. You have taught me to reach for the stars and dream big. I wish I had more time with you now but I know I will be with you again and that you will always be here in me. Daddy, you were always there for me and you always gave all that you had. From your daughter Sarah:   You have only left me in body.  Your love will stay with me always. I will keep you alive in my memories and in my faith, I will see you again. I love you
