Amin Germosen Morel Obituary

Amin Germosen was born in February 20, 1977, in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He passed away on March 3, 2024, in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He was only 47 years of age.

Amin is survived by his loving wife Yahaira Francisco-Germosen, his sweet daughter Krishna Germosen, his mother Carmen Morel, his brothers Parrisch and Rafael Germosen, his sister Sally Germosen, his aunt Betania Germosen, his uncle Tomas Campos and many loyal friends and extended family members. Amin was predeceased by his father Flaminio Germosen.

Amin loved Spanish rock music, especially “Heroes del Silencio” and “Soda Stereo”, he liked cooking, but mainly he enjoyed watching fixer upper videos and tinkering and fixing all he could put his hands on. Amin was strong-willed and stubborn, and he loved a good argument (as his friends can attest), but he also had the biggest heart and the most beautiful smile.

His family will always love and miss him until we can meet again.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Olson & Parent Funeral Home, 417 Plainfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island.
