David Crouse, 75, passed away on December 5, 2023 at Briarcliff Gardens in Johnston, RI after a courageous battle with Lewy Body Dementia Parkinson's Disease. He is survived by his wife Caryl (Hopkins) Crouse of 37 years. Born in Easton, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Verna C. (Florey) and David Parker Crouse.
David worked for FM Global for over 34 working as an IT Specialist. He was dedicated to his work and his family. He was blessed with daughters Heather Easterbrooks (Patrick Easterbrooks) and Amberleigh Orminati (J.P. Orminati). David was well loved and will also be missed by his 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 12th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Olson & Parent Funeral Home, 417 Plainfield Street, Providence, RI. Donations to the Michael J Fox Foundation, have been requested in lieu of flowers.
