Deborah Cabeceiras, born August 9, 1945, to Paul and Alice Zimmerman in Islip, New York passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 25th, 2025. She is survived by her brothers, James (Jimmy) Zimmerman and wife Susan of Milford, CT, and Michael Zimmerman of CT, sons Jeffrey Diggs and wife Rhonda of Newport RI, and Eric Diggs of Jacksonville, FL. She is preceded in death by sons Charles W. Diggs Jr and Craig S. Diggs. Deborah also leaves behind several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her passion was her love of animals. Her wishes would be for everyone to love their animals and each other. Burial will be private.
