Dear Steve and family,  Joanne was an extraordinary human being who was dedicated to enriching the lives of those around her.  I had the privilege of knowing Joanne through our employment at Berkshire Place and saw first hand her caring heart and generous nature, which she not only displayed on our residents but on her staff, coworkers and virtually all with whom she came into contact.  Personally, I was ever  impressed by the love and excitement she exhibited when talking about her family.  Her heart was so full of love for all of you that it warmed my heart too.  Always remember, that love is instilled in each one of you and will be alive in your hearts forever.  Rest in heavenly peace Joanne.

Dear family,  As an independent contractor I had the privilege of working with lovely Joann on many celebratory occasions.  She was most excited about her youthful grandmother status, and I made "prayer bonnets" for her in that happy context.  She was as energetic as she was memorable.  It will be difficult to imagine her any other way. Please accept my sincerest condolences, as well as my thoughts and prayers.  Ann Dupre-pianist
