Jose Enrique Cotto, Sr

Jose "Joe" E. Cotto Sr., 73, Beloved father, peacefully transitioned on November 21, 2022, his way. He entered this world on January 20, 1949, in Caguas, Puerto Rico, born to Vicente Cotto and Marianna Salles. 

A die-hard Yankees fan, boxing aficionado and music lover. He was an avid classic car enthusiast and worked in the classic car restoration business for over 40 years. 

He is survived by his son, Jose E. Cotto Jr. and daughters Carol Cotto, Emil Cotto, Keila Rodriguez and Vanessa Cotto. He also left behind his loving grandsons, Jonathan Cotto, Joshua (Jasmine) Cotto, Jovante Cotto, and his great-grandchildren Jade, Journi, Jiselle and Joshua Jr. 

A private, family memorial service will be held during the holidays in Lakeland, Florida to celebrate his life.
