Kathleen M. Maio, age 63, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2025.

Born on March 5, 1962, in Weymouth, MA, Kathleen was the beloved daughter of the late Kenneth and Phyllis Snell. She married the love of her life, Ernest Maio Sr., of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and together they built a family grounded in love, laughter, and devotion.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Phyllis Snell; her sister, Cinthia Marganti; her father-in-law, Patrick Maio; and her mother-in-law, Jeanne d'Arc Maio.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Ernest Maio Sr.; her children, Ernest Maio Jr. and Sherry Maio; her cherished grandchildren, Savannah Pinheiro, Jaxson Silva, Nicolas Silva, and Daven Casey; her daughter-in-law, April Sabatini; her son-in-law, Jeremy Silva; her brothers, Kenneth, Steven, Charles, and Richard Snell; her sister-in-law, Shari O'Connor; and her brother-in-law, Philip Maio.

Kathleen had a deep love for her family, especially her grandchildren and children, who were the center of her world. She found great joy in life's simple pleasures-sitting outside in her yard, decorating it with her beloved gnomes, and browsing online shops for little treasures. Her gentle heart extended to animals, and she supported any charity dedicated to their care and protection.

A celebration of Kathleen's life will be held on July 19th at 2:00 PM at 113 Arnold Road, North Attleboro, MA.

In honor of Kathleen's love for animals, the family encourages donations to a favorite animal charity in her memory.

She will be remembered for her kind spirit, quiet strength, and the deep love she gave to those around her.
