Kathryn Robinson, age 88, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away on Friday May 15, 2020, at West Shore Health Center after a long, and courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
Kathryn was born on September 11, 1931, to Hubert and Helen Tregaskis. Kathryn later married Everett Robinson and raised 5 children together in Pawtucket, RI.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Everett Robinson and two children, her son, Lawrence Robinson and daughter, Kimberly Robinson.
She is survived by a son Kenneth Robinson and wife Susan of Warwick. And two daughters, Jean True of Bostic, North Carolina, and Mary Goff and husband John of Warwick. She is also survived by her favorite brother-in-law George Robinson of Warwick.
Kathryn was the loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren, Julie, Jason, Jessica, Stephanie, Shayne, and Hanna. She also had 11 great grandkids, Brianna, Lawrence, Jacob, Haylee, Morgan, Andrew, Jordyn, Brady, Landon, Aubree and Raegan.
Kathryn spent most of her life being a caretaker to her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed camping, gardening, and sunbathing. She was a die-hard Boston Bruins fan, a loyal QVC shopper, and never said no to a good ol’ cup of black coffee. Kathryn was a true believer in “what goes around, comes around."
There will be no visitation as per Kathryn’s wishes, and due to the current pandemic a private burial will take place at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.
