Kevin Eugene Williams, 69, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026.

Born and proudly raised in San Diego, California, Kevin later made his home in Providence, Rhode Island, where he built a life centered around love, family, and unwavering devotion. Though he resided on the East Coast, he always carried his West Coast roots with pride.

Kevin was the devoted husband of Marianne Woodard Williams. Their love was evident to everyone who knew them. He was not only her husband, but her lifelong caregiver, standing faithfully by her side with strength, patience, and deep compassion. His dedication to her was one of the greatest reflections of his character.

He was a proud father to Kateria and Kevin Jr., and a loving grandfather to his cherished grandsons and granddaughters. He also leaves behind his adopted son, Michael Costa, who held a special place in his heart. Kevin’s family was his greatest joy, and nothing meant more to him than spending time together — whether fishing, barbecuing, or simply sitting around laughing and sharing stories.

Kevin is also survived by his brothers, Grover and Alex, and his sister, Susanella.

Those who knew Kevin knew he had a true heart of gold. He would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. He made sure everyone around him had eaten before he did. He worried about everyone else before ever thinking of himself. His generosity, warmth, and quiet strength left a lasting impact on all who were blessed to know him.

Kevin’s legacy is one of selflessness, loyalty, and unconditional love. He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always carried in the hearts of his family and friends.
