Lorraine Ann (Grigor) Piechocki

The world lost a beloved mother, Lorraine Ann Piechocki, 79, on August 19, 2022. Lorraine battled painful illness for many years, which forced her to retire after nearly 38 years of working as a dedicated nurse. For many years she helped deliver babies, and then later, she moved on to be head nurse at a mental health care facility in Pennsylvania. Her illness did not stop her from gardening, working on knitting and crochet projects, and baking delicious deserts to give to her friends. She never stopped giving and caring about others, including her many pets, whom she deeply loved. Lorraine was born to Edward and Helen Grigor. She is survived by her daughter Kristen Piechocki; son-in-law Greg Jones; sister Nancy Grigor; brother Edward Grigor Jr. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Piechocki, and both her parents.
