Mathew Maleski Obituary

Mathew J. Maleski, born November 15, 1975, died suddenly March 30, 2020. Mathew was the son of John and Karen Maleski. He was the brother of Meghan L. Maleski. Predeceased by brother Christopher M. Cyr. And the loving father to Elijah, Maeve, and Samuel Maleski.

Mathew loved music and especially seeing live music. As a dedicated Phish fan, he went to every show he could. He loved collecting memorabilia from his favorite bands and shows - especially pins. Mathew also loved being close to nature and doing outdoor activities like camping and hiking. His favorite place to visit to get away was the mountains of New Hampshire. He also loved Star Wars movies and spending time with his son Sam, especially building Legos together.

Mathew was so good at finding the perfect gift for people, both for special occasions and as surprises. It was truly the way he showed his love. He also was exceptionally talented at building and making things with his hands. He was inventive and meticulous in his work.

He will be remembered as having a unique, quirky and biting sense of humor. He was hilarious, but you did not want to be on the wrong end of his keen powers of observation. Most importantly, he will be remembered as a kind, sweet generous person who was loving and good to his friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
