Mrs. Melva Jouve, age 84, passed away in Bristol, Rhode Island, on January 29th.
She was born in Naranjal, Ecuador to Luis Antonio Jouve and Regina Alvear. Melva was preceded in death by her son Rommel Alberto, her spouse Dante Celleri and her brothers German Jouve and Juan Vitaliano Jouve. She is survived by her loving daughter and four sons: Rusia (Marlon) Hurley, Dimas (Nancy) Celleri, Engels Celleri, Luis (Pilar) Celleri and Octaviano(Lourdes) Celleri; five grandchildren: Rommel (Anna) Celleri, Maria Celleri, Camila Celleri, Karen and Kevin Celleri; three siblings: George (Tina) Jouve, Francelina (Honorato) Vasquez and Ines Bajaña and seven nieces and nephews: Yvonne, Dora, Tito, Monica, Mauricio, Diana and Natalie.
Due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions a private family viewing will be held on February 6, 2021, at Olson and Parent Funeral Home. Family members are required to wear mask and honor social distancing guidelines.
The family would appreciate that anyone who wishes to send flowers, that they would be delivered to the funeral home on Friday, February 5. Or, if you prefer, a donation in Melva's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
