Michael A Robinson, (Dobber Jr.) age 59, passed away on April 3, 2024. He was the youngest of ten siblings. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Rose Robinson (Mayer), William Robinson (Father), Peter Colvin (Brother), and Donna Mulvey (Sister). He is survived by his siblings Susan Elderkin, Hampton NH, Rosemary Queceto, Bristol, RI, William Robinson Jr., Coventry, RI , Valerie Johnston, Warwick, RI, Thomas Robinson, Cranston, RI, Rebecca Jones, Coventry, RI and Carrie Woods, Exeter, RI and 18 nieces and nephews.
He lived in Warwick his entire life and made many lifelong friends there. Michael was employed by Iron Workers Local 37 for over 35 years, mimicking Dobber Seniors career as a life long member of this distinguished Brotherhood. Michael was honored to follow in his Fathers footsteps. His tough exterior matched the iron worker image with his larger than life stature and his rough demeanor, but underneath it all, he was a gentle soul, a kind man with a very generous heart and a good guy. His final days were shared with family and friends who visited to reminisce and share a laugh about old times in the hood. He loved the Ocean, being outdoors in any climate and absolutely respected all animals. He always had an abundance of food in his front seat and enjoyed the simple joy of feeding any animal that crossed his path. They all seemed to know where to find him. Mike was a forever friend, a lifelong Proud and dedicated Iron Worker, our Baby Brother and also a Brother to many in every sense of that words meaning. Your life was taken too soon Brother, but we are glad your struggles have ended. May God watch over you and may you now, Rest in Peace . We will honor your wishes, and will all be seeing you out on the bay.
