Patricia Ann (Wheat) Gregory

Patricia Ann (Wheat) Gregory, who was a long time resident of Barrington, RI, passed away on February 20, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.  She was the loving wife of David N. Gregory for nearly 64 years.  Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of Raymond and Ruth Wheat.  Pat was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She was an avid reader who loved the beach, crossword puzzles and playing bridge.  Pat was the secretary at Barrington High School for 20 years, a job she truly loved.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her four daughters, Karen O'Maley (David) of Cincinnati, OH, Kristen Berry (Craig) of Hollis, NH, Lee Ann Cotta (Steven) of Cumberland, RI, and Erin Murray (Christopher) of Medway, MA. She was the cherished grandmother of David, Megan, and Katherine O'Maley, Craig and Kelsey Berry, Allison and Steven Cotta, Samantha and Caroline Murray, and great-grandmother to Cory Leigh and David Gregory O'Maley.

Her burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association of RI (alz.org/ri) or mail to National Processing Center, Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC  20090-6011.
