Richard Nelson Desrosiers, age 77, of Warwick RI (formerly of Coventry, RI), passed away peacefully on July 19, 2022, at Saint Elizabeth Home in East Greenwich, RI. Born in Providence RI, he was the son of the late Joseph A. Desrosiers Sr. and Josephine (Rondeau) Desrosiers. He is survived by James Desrosiers, Corinne (Desrosiers) Nicolette, James Nicolette, Robert Desrosiers, and John Evans. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph A. Desrosiers and sister-in-law Catherine V (Egan) Desrosiers.

Richard lived most of his life in Rhode Island, but also lived in Oviedo Florida for fifteen years before moving back to Warwick, RI. He loved movies and all music, especially Barbra Streisand. Richard loved to sing and enjoyed all social occasions. Richard will be remembered for his smile, singing voice and positive outlook on life!

There will be no public service. Family will be holding a private memorial celebration in honor of Richard's life.
