Robert Allen Greene Obituary

Robert Greene, 73, passed away on December 7, 2025 from a short battle with liver cancer. He was the son of Oscar and Shirley Greene. He graduated Burrillville High School, attended Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI), was a proud navy veteran, and an avid train collector. He leaves behind his son Timothy Greene, fiancé Alicia Mello, grandsons Ryan and Benjamin Greene, sister Melinda Lowe and husband Gary Lowe, as well as, nephews Jesse Dennis and wife Krissie, Jacob Dennis, and niece Allison Swatts and husband Darriel, as well as, step-nephews and great nephews and nieces. Robert was predeceased by his wife Nancy and son Spencer.


There will be no calling hours. Robert's burial will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery Connery Ave, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542 on January 5, 2026, at 1:15 p.m.  (Family and friends will meet at the Cemetery's front gate at 1:00 p.m.)
