Robert G. Imondi 67, a son, brother, father, and friend, passed away on July 1, 2024 at Trinity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Woonsocket, RI.
Robert was born on April 15, 1957 in West Palm Beach Fl. to Grete (Ewert) and the late Paul G. Imondi. He was the husband to Deborah (Connors) Imondi for many years. He was blessed with two children, daugher Allison Adekunbi and son Austin Imondi, and two granddaughters and a grandson. He was the brother of the late Raymond P. Imondi. And survived by his brother Russell P. Imondi and his sister Paula S. Frederickson.
Robert was a graduate of Lincoln High School 1975. He worked at Mandeville Signs Dexter Street Central Falls. And later became a graduate of Swain School of Design 1982 in Graphic Arts. He later went on to teaching at Cranston East Vocational School.
Throughout his life, Robert faced many challenges due to mental illness and Multiple Sclerosis, but he always approached life with courage and resilience. As well as being a talented artist, Robert was good at many things working with his hands. He loved to go fishing, had a great sense of humor as well as a great smile.
Robert was blessed with a large family and is survived by nieces, nephews, many cousins and other relatives. He will be truly missed.
