Stephen Edward Cookson, 65, died on September 26, 2024, at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence, RI. He was the beloved husband of Toni M. Cookson for over 23 years.
Born in Providence, RI, Stephen was the son of the late Ernest Cookson and Beatrice Vallee. He was blessed with a daughter Nicole A. Cookson and her husband Walter Ward of North Providence. Stephen will be missed by his grandchildren; Arianne LaPorte and Marcus Ward and great grandchild, Cash Wilkerson.
He is survived by his siblings; Donna Cookson, June Vandermeere, David Cookson, Glenn Cookson and was the brother to the late Deborah Cookson. He will also be greatly missed by his dog, Lovey.
Burial will be private.
