William Donald Garrison

William Donald Garrison, Jr., 70, of Gansevoort, NY passed away on December 21, 2022, surrounded by loved ones.

William D. Garrison, Jr. was born on December 20, 1952 to William and Florence Garrison in Albany, NY. After graduating from Colonie High School, Bill served in the United States Marine Corps including time spent in Vietnam.

After the military, William began a long and accomplished career in the Transportation Industry. Bill was passionate about his position as Director of Transportation for several organizations throughout the years and was defined by his relentless work ethic. 

William was predeceased by his parents William D. Garrison, Sr. and Florence Conaway, and by his brother Kenny Garrison, as well as, Bill's beloved dog, Deacon.

William is survived by his loving wife Pamela Garrison, son Shaun Surani, daughter Nicole Surani, brother Alan Garrison , sister Dona Terpening, brother-in law Paul Terpening Sr., sister-in law Laura Garrison, sister-in-law Diane Garrison, niece Dana Donnelly (Andrew), and nephew Paul-Scott Terpening.
