First, vital information is gathered by the director in order to complete the death certificate, necessary authorizations, and permits. This information consists of:

• Birth date
• Birthplace
• Social security number
• Occupation
• Parent's names
• and other pertinent information.

The arrangement process also consists of determining the types of services desired by the family and any preference communicated by the deceased prior to passing. The important decisions such as selecting the place and time of the church mass or service, visiting hours, committal service and all of the details accompanying these choices.

Additional Processes

Depending on the nature of the passing, your loved ones body will either come directly to the funeral home, or we will coordinate transporting from the state medical examiners to our care.
