Thank you for the time you took and the care you showed me when I was completely lost and in denial. My husband loved life and I wanted to protect him from anything "morbid " we never spoke of death, we knew we wanted to be cremated but that was as far as it got. I wanted to spare him, protect him and even though he had a beautiful memorial as he deserved, honored by his colleagues both in the Fire department and Police department, I was still protecting him from the sad and "morbid " stuff.... I know this only makes sense to me, we all grieve differently and I want to say Thank You for the compassion and love I felt from you. You even came over the house to bring me his belongings and the beautiful tree. You truly care and I thank you!

Please accept our sincere appreciation for all your help and great patience in dealing with our requests, questions and many changes in the memorial page you both put together for us. Words cannot fully express our thanks to you...you are both special people.

I want to say again how much it meant to me to have friends managing my son's funeral. You and Louise were very kind at every step. It meant a great deal to me to be able to see him one last time. Your sensitive work helped me to remember him as the strong and handsome young man he was. That helped to soften the blow for me.
